TaxSalesFeed turns published tax sale notices into one searchable register of sales. It exists because finding tax deed sales means reading hundreds of newspaper notices a month, each printed four times and once per certificate, and pulling out a parcel, a date and a holder — and that is a job software should do.

Who it is for

Investors building a shortlist before a county’s sale day; land buyers and wholesalers watching which parcels reach auction; and funds and title back-offices following where certificates are being turned into deed applications.

How it is built

A nightly job reads the new notices; a load merges them into one sale per parcel and recounts every county and holder; alerts go out after that. The methodology sets out the whole pipeline, including what it misses. It is a sibling of TrusteeSaleData, which does the same for trustee sales, and it is built the same way.
