Mostly. 73 of the 85 Florida sale days here are run on a county auction site (<county>.realtaxdeed.com or .realforeclose.com); the rest are held in person, usually at the courthouse. Each row links to the clerk's site, whose terms -- deposit, registration deadline, payment -- govern the sale.
Because the owner can still pay. Until the deed is issued, paying the delinquent taxes, interest and costs cancels the sale of that parcel, and redemptions are not published. A county's sale day usually goes ahead with fewer parcels than were noticed; the clerk's auction list is current on the morning of the sale.
Each row is a county’s sale day as its notices of application for tax deed state it: the date, the time bidding opens and the clerk’s auction site, counted over every parcel noticed for that day. A notice runs four weeks before its sale, so the calendar reaches about a month ahead and fills in as clerks publish. The parcels themselves are on each county page; how a sale works is in the guide to Florida tax deed sales.
