Tax deed sales from the published notices, read every morning

How TaxSalesFeed compares

Tax sale services do different jobs: list services gather many counties’ sales, lead data tools sell national property data, and auction platforms run the sale itself. TaxSalesFeed is a list service that links every sale to the notice it came from, with 20,602 upcoming sales in 353 counties we have read. Several rivals claim wider coverage, so check your counties first.

We wrote these pages and we sell one of the products, so weigh them accordingly. Every fact about another company comes from its own website, read on November 1, 2026 and quoted under Sources on its page. We are not affiliated with these companies, and their names belong to them.

What TaxSalesFeed is, plainly

A register of US tax sales read every night from published notices and county sale sources. Today it holds 20,602 upcoming sales, with a parcel number on 99%, an opening bid on 82%, an owner of record on 85% and a street address on 50%, because many notices print no address. Every record links the source it was read from.

Weekly is $15 a week for a short look, with alerts and no export. Pro is $49 a month and Business $99, adding CSV export and a JSON API. It does not run auctions, score deals, skip trace owners or manage a portfolio. See how the data is made and what it misses, and check whether your counties are covered.

Questions

Is TaxSalesFeed the best choice for everyone?

No. Several services claim more counties than we read, and some add scoring, skip tracing or portfolio tools we do not offer. We suit a buyer who wants each sale traced to its source notice, with alerts, CSV and an API at a published price, in the states we read. Each comparison says where the other company is the better choice.

Where do the other companies' numbers come from?

From each company's own website, read on the date shown on its page, with the sentence relied on quoted under Sources. They are that company's claims: we have not audited them, and they use their own definitions of a county or a record. Check the company's site before you buy, because prices change.

Do I need a list service if the county publishes the list free?

Not for one county. Every sale is announced free by the county. A list service earns its fee when you follow many counties, each publishing in its own place and format on its own schedule.

Can I use TaxSalesFeed with Bid4Assets, RealAuction or GovEase?

Yes, and you would need to. They run the auction, so you register and bid with them or with the county. We list sales across platforms and in-person sales, and do not take bids.
