Nothing changes without your say-so. We are not taking payments yet, so there is no card on file and nothing to cancel. Before billing starts, every account gets an email setting out the plans, what stays free, and the date it takes effect.

Yes. During early access a free account opens everything: the full record on every sale — opening bid, owner of record, certificate holder and legal description — every source notice, saved searches, email alerts, CSV export and unlimited search results, across all 2,475 sales we hold.
Because coverage is still growing. We read parcel-level notices in 41 counties and are adding counties and states as we find sources we can read reliably. We would rather people use the data and tell us what is missing than pay for a product that is still filling in.

Address, city and sale date stay public on every page without an account, and every sale is counted in the totals — nothing is hidden from the counts. We will publish exactly what the free account keeps before paid plans start.
Because the counts have to be true to be worth anything. A county page saying “205 upcoming tax deed sales” is only useful if all 205 are there to look at — hiding rows behind a paywall would make every number on this site a lie, including the ones in search results.
So signed out you see every sale with its parcel number, county and date, and that will not change when paid plans start. During early access a free account adds everything else: the opening bid, the owner, the certificate holder, the legal description, the auction link, and the tools that save time — alerts on a saved search, CSV export and unlimited results.
