Comparison
PropStream vs TaxSalesFeed for tax sales
PropStream’s site read November 1, 2026
We run TaxSalesFeed, so we are not neutral. What this page says about PropStream comes from its own website, quoted under Sources. We are not affiliated with PropStream. Prices and plans change, so check before you buy.

PropStream finds owners behind on their taxes and helps you contact them; TaxSalesFeed shows the scheduled sales those properties can reach. They serve different strategies, so most buyers need only one, chosen by whether you plan to buy from the owner or at the auction.

Where PropStream is stronger
- Scale. All property types nationwide, with 165+ filters, MLS data and comps. We cover tax sales only, in 21 states, 353 counties.
- Reaching owners. Skip tracing, mail, email and dialing inside the tool. We do not sell contact details.
- Before the sale. If your plan is to buy from an owner before the auction, a national delinquency filter suits that better than a sale list.
Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger
- The auction itself. Sale date, venue, opening bid where printed, certificate and holder in Florida, as a list of what is scheduled.
- Source links. Every sale links the notice or page it came from. PropStream itself calls the county office the most direct source of delinquent data.[10]
- Price, for this one job. Pro at $49 a month, or $588 a year, against $1,188 a year for PropStream Essentials. For a single sale, Weekly is $15 a week.

Questions
Does PropStream list tax sales?
Its pages describe a Tax Delinquency Lead List and tax lien data, used to find owners with back taxes. It also names public auctions among the data it updates daily. Its pricing page does not describe a calendar of county tax sales with opening bids, so check with PropStream for your market.
How much does PropStream cost?
As published on November 1, 2026: Essentials $99 a month, Pro $199 and Elite $699, or $81, $165 and $583 billed annually. Each has a seven-day free trial with 50 leads.
What is a cheaper alternative to PropStream for tax sales?
If you only need scheduled tax sales, TaxSalesFeed is $15 a week for a short look or $49 a month for Pro in the states we read, and the counties publish their lists free. For national comps, MLS data and skip tracing, a sale list is not a replacement.
