GovEase vs TaxSalesFeed

GovEase’s site read November 1, 2026

We run TaxSalesFeed, so we are not neutral. What this page says about GovEase comes from its own website, quoted under Sources. We are not affiliated with GovEase. Prices and plans change, so check before you buy.

GovEase against TaxSalesFeed: online tax lien and tax deed auctions you register for by county, against a list of tax sales across platforms and in person.

GovEase runs online tax auctions for the counties that hire it: you register by county and bid there. TaxSalesFeed lists sales across platforms and in person, and takes no bids. Knowing about a sale early matters here because registration has its own window.

Where GovEase is stronger

  • It is the sale. Registration, pre-bidding, live bidding and reports all happen there, and it publishes state-by-state bidder help.
  • Free to bidders. Apart from any county fee, GovEase says it charges nothing to register or bid.
  • Counties we do not read. Its auction list on November 1 included sales in Indiana and Iowa, states where we hold no sales.

Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger

  • Beyond one venue. 80% of the upcoming sales we hold are in person.
  • Timing for registration. Registration typically opens three to four weeks before a sale.[6] A saved search on our list alerts you as new sales load, where we read that county.
  • Across states in one search, with CSV and a JSON API on Pro.

Using them together

Find sales on our list or the auction calendar. If a sale runs on GovEase, create the account, register for that county and read its deposit rules on the county's page. An account alone does not register you for a sale. Following a single sale? Weekly, at $15 a week, opens the list for a short look.
