RealAuction vs TaxSalesFeed

RealAuction’s site read November 1, 2026

We run TaxSalesFeed, so we are not neutral. What this page says about RealAuction comes from its own website, quoted under Sources. We are not affiliated with RealAuction. Prices and plans change, so check before you buy.

RealAuction against TaxSalesFeed: separate county auction sites where you register and bid, against one list of tax sales across those sites and in person.

RealAuction runs the online auction site for each county that hires it: you register and bid there, one county at a time. TaxSalesFeed reads many of those sites and other sources into one list and takes no bids. Many buyers use both.

Where RealAuction is stronger

  • It is the sale. Deposits, bidding and results for its counties happen on its sites, and it is the authority on what is still in the auction.
  • Live status. A county's auction site shows what is on today's calendar. Our record is as of the last nightly read.
  • Free to read. Each county's calendar is public.

Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger

  • One place to look. 2,803 upcoming sales we hold are on RealAuction-hosted sites, in one search with the other sources we read, by county, date and opening bid.
  • Sales it does not host. 80% of the upcoming sales we hold are in person.
  • Alerts and files. A saved search alerts you the morning after new sales load, with CSV and a JSON API on Pro.

Using them together

Find sales in Florida, Texas or any state we read, then register on the county's site in good time and check the parcel is still listed there before you bid. Following a single sale? Weekly, at $15 a week, opens the list for a short look.

Questions

What is RealTaxDeed?

RealTaxDeed sites are the online tax deed auctions RealAuction hosts for individual counties, addressed as county.realtaxdeed.com. RealForeclose is its foreclosure equivalent, and Real TaxLien runs lien sales.

Is there one list of every RealAuction county's sales?

Each county has its own site with its own calendar. TaxSalesFeed reads many of them into one search alongside other sources, though not every RealAuction client.
