Where LienScope is stronger
- Free and cheap. Its free plan shows opening bids, and Investor is $10 a month less than our Pro.
- Sale terms. County terms with the statute cited where verified. Our statute-backed guides work state by state.
- Value and lien-to-value estimates per parcel where matched, and scores.
- Kentucky and some other states. It states 71 Kentucky counties. We read one there.
Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger
- More counties overall: 21 states, 353 counties against 125 in 13 states. LienScope reviewed its county data as of August 25, 2026[9]; ours is refreshed nightly.
- Whole searches, not just saved properties. LienScope's Investor exports saved properties. Pro here exports a search, in files of up to 200 rows, or takes it all through the API, within its monthly allowance.
- A released API. Ours is documented and out of beta.
- A week at a time. Weekly, at $15 a week, opens every record we hold for a short look, with alerts and no CSV or API.
- Alerts the morning after a notice is loaded, and a trial before any charge.
Which to choose
