Where Parcel Fair is stronger
- Reach. It states 3,147 counties in all 50 states against our 21 states, 353 counties. That is the largest difference between us, and it favours them.
- Over-the-counter buying. It tracks over-the-counter inventory and price quotes from states.[7] We do not.
- Inventory history. It counts 588,647 active delinquent parcels and keeps years of history in some states.
- A map first. Its search starts from a parcel map. Ours starts from lists and search.
Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger
- A JSON API and alerts. Pro includes a documented API and alerts the morning after a notice is loaded.
- A week at a time. Weekly, at $15 a week, opens every record we hold for a short look, with alerts and no CSV or API.
- Notices behind the record. Each record links the notice or county page behind it, and in Florida the certificate number and holder.
- The people behind a sale in Florida. Our certificate holders pages show which funds are applying for tax deeds in which counties.
Which to choose
Choose Parcel Fair for over-the-counter buying, map-led research or counties we do not read. Choose TaxSalesFeed if your counties are covered and you want scheduled sales with their sources, alerts and an API.
