LienSuite vs TaxSalesFeed
LienSuite’s site read November 1, 2026
We run TaxSalesFeed, so we are not neutral. What this page says about LienSuite comes from its own website, quoted under Sources. We are not affiliated with LienSuite. Prices and plans change, so check before you buy.

LienSuite helps you work delinquent owners before a sale, with scored lists, skip tracing and a pipeline. TaxSalesFeed helps you find and check the sale itself, with notices, alerts and an API. They overlap less than their names suggest.

Where LienSuite is stronger
- Scoring. Records are scored and ranked, with heir and deceased-owner signals.[9] We publish the record and leave the judgement to you.
- Outreach. It includes skip-trace credits, letters and a case pipeline. We do not sell phone numbers or email addresses.
- A low price with a file. Starter is $19.99 a month with CSV export, and a single county can be bought once as a file. Our Weekly has no export.
- Delinquent reach. Its 529 counties of delinquent data are well beyond the county delinquent rolls we read.
Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger
- The sale, in detail. Sale date, opening bid where printed, venue and the notice behind it, for sales actually scheduled.
- An API. Pro includes a JSON API. LienSuite's pricing page names no data API.
- Alerts in the plan. Pro alerts come the morning after a notice is loaded. LienSuite's reminders are 30, 7 and 1 days before a sale[10] and on its Auction Tracker, which is included in Pro or sold separately.
- A week at a time. Weekly, at $15 a week, opens every record we hold for a short look, with alerts and no CSV or API.
- Source on each record. Every sale links what it was read from.
