Where TaxLienSimple is stronger

  • A free plan and annual billing. Pro falls to $39 a month billed annually.
  • Judgement on each parcel. It gives A-D research scores and pre-bid warnings. We publish the record without a score.
  • After the auction. Its tracker follows certificates, interest and redemption deadlines. We stop at the sale.
  • Counties. It states 933 counties of property data against our 21 states, 353 counties.
  • Reports and owner contacts. A report can be bought singly, and Unlimited includes owner contact lookups.

Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger

  • Bulk. Pro takes 3,000 records a month on Pro, 200 a file; 10,000 on Business, 1,000 a file; CSV and the API share the allowance; none on Weekly. TaxLienSimple's Pro is framed around 25 detailed reports a month.
  • Alerts on new notices. We allow 25 on Weekly and Pro, 100 on Business alerts, sent the morning after a notice loads.
  • A week at a time. Weekly, at $15 a week, opens every record we hold for a short look, with alerts and no CSV or API.
  • A short route to the source. Every sale links the notice or county page it was read from.
  • Florida certificate holders. We show the holder applying for each tax deed.
