Where Tax Sale Resources is stronger

  • Coverage it claims. It says every upcoming lien, deed and redeemable deed sale is on the site. We read 21 states, 353 counties, so a county we do not read is a county we cannot show you.
  • Past results. It collects results on most auctions[9], which helps you judge how hard a county bids. We do not collect winning buyers or final prices.
  • Everything after the list. Its plans include property reports (500 on Standard[10]), comps and over-the-counter lists, with financing options, and its management product starts at $1,000 a month.[11] We offer none of that.

Where TaxSalesFeed is stronger

  • A lower monthly price, with an API. Pro is $49 billed monthly, against $97, or $48.50 a month if you pay a year up front. Pro includes CSV and an API. Tax Sale Resources lists API access only on Enterprise.
  • A week at a time. Weekly, at $15 a week, opens every record we hold for a short look, with alerts and no CSV or API.
  • The source on every record. Each sale links the notice or county page it was read from, so you can check it in one click.
  • Parcels that leave the list. Tax Sale Resources says its lists keep everything originally advertised.[12] Where a county source reports a status, we drop redeemed and cancelled parcels. A printed notice cannot confirm that, so the county still has the last word.
  • Early in some counties. We show a sale as soon as the notice or county list we read is out, rather than on a fixed lead time. How early depends on the county.

Which to choose

Choose Tax Sale Resources if you buy in many states, want comps and reports inside one tool, or manage liens at volume. Choose TaxSalesFeed if your counties are in what we cover and you want the list, the source, alerts and a file or API without paying for tools you will not use.

Questions

How much does Tax Sale Resources cost?

As published on November 1, 2026: Standard $97 a month, Pro $147 and Premier $497, or $48.50, $73.50 and $414.17 a month billed yearly. A seven-day trial costs $1.99. Lien management starts at $1,000 a month, and Enterprise plans are priced by call.

Is TaxSalesFeed an alternative to Tax Sale Resources?

For finding sales and getting the list, in the states we read, yes. It is not an alternative for financing, title orders, comps or lien servicing, which we do not offer.

Does Tax Sale Resources remove parcels that paid before the sale?

Its FAQ says it does not update the list to remove parcels taken out before the sale. We drop redeemed and cancelled parcels where the county source reports a status, but a printed notice cannot confirm a parcel is still for sale, so check the county either way.

Which has an API?

TaxSalesFeed includes a JSON API with Pro at $49 a month. Tax Sale Resources lists API access on its Enterprise plans, priced by call.
